Duties:

   Assess, consult and recommend strategies to support a range of needs in the pediatric population.

   Provide direct therapy using a play-based approach.

   Develop goals and strategies in collaboration with other team members based on family priorities.

   Build capacity in families and supervise assistants who carry out programming.

   Support children with a multitude of needs including: motor, sensory, perceptual, and mental health.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of an entry to practice occupational therapy program.

   The successful applicant must be registered with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).

   Highly professional, energetic and motivated.

   Interested in advancing their skills in working with children with a variety of special needs. 

   Has a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle and is willing to travel.

   One position - French and English preferred.
