THE ATTUNED CAREGIVER - PARENT PROGRAM (ONLINE PILOT)

The ONLINE PILOT of The Attuned Caregiver – Parent Program is being launched in the Fall of 2019.  This intensive, emotionally focused, attachment & values-based parent education program invites parents to complete creative learning activities to:
-       Identify and express their core values as parents – because it’s important to live your values if you want your children to learn them.
-       Learn and practice strategies to cultivate a sense of “serenity” and “peace of mind” on a day-to-day basis – because when children live with serenity, they experience peace of mind.
-       Learn and practice strategies to “remain calm when their child can’t” – because when parents can manage their own emotions, they can help children to manage theirs.
-       Learn and practice strategies to attend to, engage with and respond to their children’s needs to understand and express their emotions and solve problems in daily life – because children need to have close, healthy relationships with their parents in order to heal, grow and love fully in their lives.
