The Sturgeon Public School Division, Central Office, is currently
seeking a Part-Time Permanent Occupational Therapist to work as part of the
interdisciplinary team and to provide a full range of Occupational Therapy
Services under the direction of the Director of Early Childhood Education,
Education Services.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide assessment, consultation,
screening, program planning and therapeutic interventions to children with
diverse needs in school and/or home settings; working with preschool and
Kindergarten children.
Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in
Occupational Therapy
·
Required to be a
registered member of ACOT (Alberta College of Occupational Therapists)
·
Two or more years
of professional experience is preferred
·
Pediatric
experience in a school environment is an asset
·
Valid Driver's
License required as travel within the School Division is required
·
Excellent
interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a "team" environment
The Sturgeon Public School Division offers a competitive
salary. Hours of work are 20 to 30 hours per week and can be
flexible. The Sturgeon Public School Division offers a comprehensive
