Do – Live – Well: Mental Health Promotion Principles and Tools for Practice

The Edmonton Zone Occupational Therapy Practice Council is pleased to present a two-day event to addiction and mental health service providers that offers an opportunity to develop skills and network with peers.

Presenters: Nadine Larivière, OT, PhD and   Sandra Moll, PhD, OT Reg (Ont.)

“Do Live Well” is a health promotion framework developed by Canadian Occupational Therapists that is rooted in an understanding of daily activity patterns and their powerful impact on health and well-being.  In this workshop, you will have an opportunity to reflect on key “Do Live Well” messages, the evidence supporting them, and potential application in a range of mental health settings. You will leave with tools and/or strategies to use in your clinical practice.
