hi everyone- this new sleep website for teenagers- Teen Sleep Hub- https://teensleephub.org.uk/- has just been launched in the UK and it is full of great resources for teens and parents.
There is also a new 'comic-book' style sleep downloadable called Enlighten your Clock https://osf.io/emf2c/ that takes complex physiological processes and breaks them down into understandable science in an engaging format appealing to older teens (and us post-teens can learn a lot there too!) -
- you might want to check them out and add to your clinical toolkit
- please share widely on your social media sites!
