New client in Calgary Panorama Hills November 2020 for private practice OT

Dear OT's

We are parents for a sweet kid has autism.  He is 7 years old , verbal , in Panorama hills school grade 2.

The school time is 8 AM to 3 PM Monday to Thursday and 8 AM to 12 PM on Friday. 

FSCD already accepted our file to start the special services asap

We need to start OT with him.

We live in Panorama hills NW
