OT for at least 6 mo - Strathmore Family

-----------------------------
SW looking for OT
Looking for a private OT that could provide a quick consultation to help create a youth's "calming bedroom"...would like to continue on with OT to help with ongoing areas of regulation as well.  FSCD contracted but has private benefits too.

Family lives in Strathmore and will NOT be able to travel to Calgary.

Youth is turning 17 in February...the contract would be 6-12 months top. ..unless family and OT agree to move forward on a private level through insurance.
