I am a private OT specializing in social cognitive skills.

Bio: Nicole Hnatiuk is an occupational therapist/social-cognitive therapist in Edmonton, Alberta. Nicole received her Bachelor of Science (2010) and Master of Science-Occupational Therapy (2012) from the University of Alberta. Nicole works as an occupational therapist in a local school district working with children from ages 4-20, including implementing Social Thinking® into programming. Nicole’s interest in Social Thinking® began when she noticed that many educators would ask for strategies for kids who struggled with their “social skills”. Since 2014, Nicole has been passionate about building her skills in Social Thinking® methodology. She has attended eight Social Thinking® conference days, completed Social Thinking® Clinical Training Program (2018) and volunteered for the month long Social Thinking® Summer Session B at Social Thinking® Stevens Creek clinic in San Jose, CA (2019).
