School Function Assessment Question

I have not used the School Function Assessment as part of the application for PUF funding as of late.   Does Alberta Learning accept the School Function Assessment as the key assessment for PUF qualification?   For example weak outcome on this assessment in combination with a mild language delay and ongoing motor and social participation difficulties.
