Slant Board Tutorial

For anyone interested, I did a slant board tutorial and posted it on You Tube.  I explain why the slant board is beneficial and different ways to use it.  It has been useful sharing it with teachers and parents.  I am using the adjustable slant boards from KJ Laser out of Sherwood Park.

HI Heather,

Not sure how many OTs might be interested but we are thinking about having this group do some training here in Calgary if there was enough interest for a 1 day workshop.
Could you send it out to the group and see? (Email Jackie if you are interested.)

Much appreciated,
Jackie

OTs Working with Aboriginal Communities?

Hi,
I’m wondering if there are any practitioners in the pediatric interest group who provide intervention or support to the aboriginal communities, specifically the Head Start programs?
Kind regards,

Feeding Groups in Calgary Area?

Hello,
I'm a therapist primarily doing private feeding work in the Calgary area.  I'm wondering if anyone is running feeding groups in the community?  I am heading on maternity leave shortly and have two little ones on my caseload that would really benefit from something in this format.

Please contact me at melissabw@me.com with any information.

Thank you!
