This job is for therapists that are itching to make an immense difference in the lives of children with the most complex and serious physical and cognitive needs. SMILE is results-driven and as such, we support and encourage our therapists to take their practice to its height. With our salaried staff, SMILE provides and/or funds all necessary training and networking opportunities to allow therapists to facilitate the highest level of service to their clients.

We're flexible around what capacity a new therapist comes on to join our team and are open to full-time, part-time, or contractual/commission arrangement.

Salaried full-time or part-time therapists can earn up to $45/hr, depending on experience.

Contractors can take part in a competitive commission structure.

Provided are an established client caseload, full clinic administrative support, therapy assistant support, all equipment and supplies, beautiful treatment spaces, etc.

SMILE's clientele vary in age, have numerous different physical and cognitive delays and possess diverse diagnoses. Due to the uniqueness of our clients' abilities, we're always learnings and are creative in our treatment plans, making working at SMILE a challenging and exciting place to be. As a result of SMILE's direct treatment model, and our clients' mobility challenges, the role can be quite physically active in nature.
