Inflatable Vest Guidelines

I am wondering if people have any guidelines regarding the inflatable vests: do you have a wear schedule like weighted vests?  On all the time, or a limited time, like 20 minutes on?

Please respond to the email below. Thank you in advance.

You Can Ride 2 (YCR2) Volunteers Needed

You Can Ride 2 (YCR2) is recruiting volunteers who are interested in helping children (ages 8+) learn to ride a 2-wheeled bike.  One to two volunteers will be paired with each child and all training is provided.

Skills required include: patience, a sense of humour and the ability to run behind a bike.  Volunteer benefits include a motivating way to keep fit, and the thrill of seeing the children take off biking on their own!

Volunteering with the YCR2 program builds skills to help break down the steps to teach children how to ride a 2 wheeled bike.  The rewards of seeing each of the children start to ride and the pride on their faces is priceless!  Volunteering with the YCR2 program looks great on any resume.  Please see attached brochure for more information.

When: Thursday evenings: April 25, 2019 ~ June 13, 2019
➢ Two groups of children, 6-7 pm and 7-8 pm.
➢ June 13, 2019 is considered a rain-out day. If there are no cancellations due to rain, the last day of class will be June 6, 2019.
Time: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Where: Goldbar Park ~ 48 St and 110 Ave (south of river)

Sincerely,
The You Can Ride 2 Volunteer Team
