Looking for OT for feeding/swallowing

We are looking for a pediatric occupational therapist who has extensive experience in feeding and swallowing therapy with infants and toddlers who are in the 15 month age category. We prefer to do in home therapy sessions at least once a week but the timeline and consistency of sessions can be determined upon initial assessment.

My son is 15 months old and experiencing significant difficulties surrounding feeding and mealtimes. He cannot process a majority of solid foods and as such has a diet consisting of mainly purees, apple sauce and yogurt.

His issues with solid foods started when he was first introduced to solids at 6 1/2  months. When he was first presented with solids he gagged on his food and spit it out and if he did swallow his food he would proceed to throw up the entire contents of what he had previously eaten. He has since grown out of the throwing up but still spits out a majority of his solid foods.

We have tried a wide variety of solids including: fruits, vegetables, carbohydrates and meats. He has been given numerous opportunities to try an extensive and wide assortment of foods including: apples, oranges, grapes, pears, bananas, mangos, carrots, peas, cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes, lettuce with/without salad dressing, potatoes both mashed and boiled, French fries, pasta, rice, tacos, burritos, chili, shepards pie, chicken fingers, fish sticks, hotdogs etc.
