There have been changes made to how the Private Practitioner lists are put together. Individuals can now add their own information by filling out a form - either for Edmonton and Area or Calgary and Area. Lists will be updated as new entries are added (within 48 hours).
If you were on an old list, or sent an email requesting to be put on the list prior to April 4, 2015, your information was added to the new list. If you were on a list you may consider looking up your old entry and confirming the information is still correct.
