Key Connections Consulting is very excited to announce the "Introduction and Implementation of the SCERTS Model" presented by Emily Rubin, MS, CCC-SLP on April 25th and 26th, 2013 in Lethbridge. This approach is designed for children and youth with autism and works well for other individuals with developmental disabilities. Emily is a wonderful speaker and does a fantastic job at combining communication, self regulation, and behaviour strategies to help children/youth reach their full potential. He lives in the NW part of Calgary across from Canada Olympic Park and the day of the week is flexible for OT. Speech Therapist and Psychologist are also involved and Mom is very motivated to follow through on suggestions - great team to join.
