Greetings,
We are very excited to share that iLs has recently been acquired by Unyte Health Inc. By way of introduction, my name is Jason Tafler, the founder and CEO of Unyte.

Unyte Background

In early 2016, two decades of overworking and ignoring my stress and anxiety finally caught up with me, and I faced and overcame a life-threatening health condition. While there were many factors in my recovery, I truly believe learning to calm my mind and body was the most important part of my healing process. So, I decided to leave the corporate world and founded Unyte, in search of evidence-based solutions that could help people retrain their nervous systems to reduce stress and improve health and well-being.
Unyte's mission is to create and acquire a suite of effective neural or mind-body solutions that will guide tens of millions of people to happier, healthier and more meaningful lives. iLs fits perfectly with this mission. We are a passionate, purpose-driven team that has been personally affected by mental health challenges. My 10-year old son has struggled for years with severe anxiety and sensory processing difficulties, so this is a personal mission for my family as well.
Unyte’s first acquisition three years ago was a company called Wild Divine, a pioneer in mind-body training. It evolved into our current product offering called Interactive Meditation. With this product, Unyte uniquely combines a biofeedback device, called the iom2, with a series of digital app Journeys that include interactive exercises and guided meditations. Together, they help people learn to reduce stress and anxiety, while increasing awareness, self-regulation and resilience.

Why iLs?

In mid-2018, I was introduced to iLs by Dr. Stephen Porges. He was very excited about his partnership with iLs on the SSP product, and he thought that there would be a way for Unyte and iLs, with similar missions and values, to work together.
After learning more, we were incredibly impressed with iLs, and we felt the company fit very well with our growth plans. Specifically, we loved the purpose and passion of the team, efficacy of the products and programs, loyalty and dedication of the Associates, and the potential to grow and help many more people around the world.
Fast forward to today, and we are very grateful to have the opportunity to lead the next phase of iLs with your support and guidance. Our plan is to change as little as possible at iLs. We will have Dr. Ron Minson stay on as Clinical Director and continue our important partnership with Dr. Stephen Porges. We are also developing an innovation strategy that will digitize and enhance the iLs suite of products.

What’s Next?

FAQ’s
We have compiled answers to many Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) about the acquisition.

If you still have any questions, concerns or suggestions, please reach out to us anytime at contact@integratedlistening.com or 303-741-4544.
Thank you very much for your support of iLs over the years - we very much appreciate having the opportunity to be of service to you. We look forward to your feedback and guidance on how we can enhance our products and service, with the goal of helping as many people as possible alleviate suffering and thrive in their lives.

With gratitude,
Jason Tafler CEO
