Practice in Edmonton Seeking an Occupational Therapist
Khan
Communication Services, Inc. is continuing to expand services in Alberta, and
we are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our practice. Our office is based in Edmonton, and we
provide services to schools and communities that are within 1 to 2 hours
outside of Edmonton city limits. On site
and telepractice services are provided to our schools.
The
ideal candidate should have a keen interest in school services, working on
teams with teachers and speech-language pathologists. Travel is required one
day per week to a rural community. The
OT may travel with an SLP together.
Recent graduates are welcome, but will be mentored by more experienced
clinicians. Assessment tools are
available from our resource center in Edmonton.
Khan
Communication Services provides payment of a subcontracted hourly rate for 6 –
6.5 hours per day, with additional travel time and mileage reimbursements for
school visits.
