Family in Cochrane is seeking private practice Physiotherapist to complete hours on Specialized Services FSCD contract (ending on May 23, 2013) with their 5 year old son, who has high functioning autism. Family is flexible with respect to scheduling and highly motivated. They would like the therapist to come to their home. The ISP, including PT goals, has already been set up.
